Hoop length is about 38" inches long by about 8" inches wide. Wraps around twice comfortably. Soft stretch cotton blend- Light weight / indoor or outdoor scarf.
Scarf is finished in tube style- no raw edges showing. Serger used during assembly. Making it very strong. This scarf is made to last.

For long lasting wear, I definitely recommend either hand-washing or washing on the delicate cycle and lay flat or hang dry.
